First we read the original story Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs by Judi Barrett. Then we watched the trailer for the upcoming movie. Next the kids worked together and compared what the book and the trailer had in common and what was different. We found lots of things!

Next we will track the weather for one week and record the temperture on a chart. Our buddies will be converting the degrees from farenheit to celcius.

Then we will create our own version of this story seeing all the things we can think of to fall from the sky to land on our school! As soon as we finish those pictures, we will upload them here.
